Responsibilities

1. Lead the QT&Tools java developers team.
2. Supporting production environments.
3. Ensuring SDLC standards are followed.
4. Engaging with stakeholders for planning.
5. Overlooking development work for improvements, bugfixes and new features.
6. Capturing and implementing Lessons-Learned.

Requirements

1. At least 2 years on a similar position (leading a dev team)
2. Experience working with the following technologies: Java17, spring/spring-boot, postgresql, clickhouse, AWS, Docker, K8S. KPIs: Service Availability, Team throughput, Change driven incidents.
3. Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
