With the expansion of our operations in Poland, we are looking for a Fleet Specialist Team Lead who will be responsible for leading our team in Poznan.
Provide well‑organised shift planning and proactively manage team performance, taking appropriate action when expectations are not met.
Supervise and lead a team responsible for inbound and outbound operations, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate daily workflows to meet shipping deadlines and supply chain expectations.
Monitor order accuracy and address discrepancies or issues immediately.
Train team members on best practices for picking, packing, and safety protocols.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and proper documentation.
Collaborate with the logistics team to organize shipments and manage shipping schedules.
Assist in receiving, packing and deploying new vehicles arriving to the warehouse or spare parts needing to be sent to another location.
Interview, train and engage required Fleet Specialists to keep the business running all year round, delivering on agreed‑upon targets.
Work together with your manager and other Team Leads in your city to schedule and plan the work most effectively, including shift planning.
Oversee the work being done by your team, either in the warehouse or in the field, to ensure tasks are completed in the most efficient and safe manner.
Be the guardian of our physical assets – vehicles, facilities and operational vehicles alike to extend their lifetime and be as effective as possible.
Foster a collaborative, safe and friendly working environment, while driving best‑in‑class performance.
Ensure the team adheres to the defined Health & Safety procedures set out by Voi in all tasks performed.

We are looking for a pragmatic and responsible team player who can fulfil tasks, solve problems independently, and work as part of a team to find new solutions and reach set goals. In addition to being fluent in English and Polish, the right person needs:
2+ years of previous work experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, particularly in pick, pack, and ship operations.
Experience managing a team of people.
General understanding of digital work tools (MS Office, G‑Suite).
You speak Polish and English fluently.
A valid drivers license.
UDT Forklift licence is a must.
Past experience in repairing any sort of vehicle. Bonus points for scooters or bikes.
Experience using ERP systems.
Interest in electric micro‑mobility vehicles (bikes, scooters etc.).
