We are looking for an experienced BI Consultant with a strong emphasis on team leadership and a solid foundation in BI technologies, including Power BI, Azure, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Lakehouse, and Data Bricks. As a BI Consultant in our team, you will play a pivotal role in project management, team development, and technical advancement. We value innovative thinking and the ability to provide unique solutions to our clients.

Your Responsibilities

• BI Project Management:
  • Take the lead in managing BI projects, encompassing various BI technologies, from inception to final presentation. Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Utilize BI tools to create, enhance, and optimize reports that provide valuable insights to business users.
  • Apply your knowledge of Azure, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Lakehouse, and Data Bricks to architect comprehensive BI solutions that meet client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing existing BI solutions, gain user buy-in for proposed changes, and implement improvements across data models and reports.
  • Strive for excellence in all project deliverables.



• Client Interaction:
  • Gather and analyze requirements from key clients and effectively translate them into actionable BI solutions that align with their goals.
  • Maintain transparent and open communication with external customers to ensure their needs are met.



• Team Leadership and Mentorship:
  • Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 mid and junior BI consultants, fostering their growth, and providing guidance in their professional development.
  • Evaluate and assess team members work, offering constructive suggestions for improvement.



• Promote professional delivery of BI projects by:
  • Advocating the use of CI/CD processes.
  • Leveraging tools to enhance project efficiency.
  • Ensuring testing and the incorporation of elements that guarantee high-quality solutions.
  • Creating value-driven documentation efficiently.

We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in creating BI solutions
• Proficiency in creating, enhancing, and optimizing BI solutions
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, reports creation
• Knowledge of using methods and tools to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Experience coaching and mentoring team members.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to collaborate with external clients and stakeholders.
