Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products —from ideation to deployment, measurement and maintenance —ensuring each initiative delivers measurable business value. Structured AI delivery process (e.g. agile development, data pipelines). Lead change management efforts to ensure openness and seamless adoption of AI technologies across all functions. Engage internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations and foster a growth mindset culture. Establish frameworks for the ethical, transparent and safe use of AI across the food family. Advocate for responsible innovation and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. People leadership and mentoring of a small and interdisciplinary team of 2–5 people. Our requirements Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science or a related field. 5 years’ experience in AI/ML roles, with proven leadership in delivering both innovation and efficiency. Technical expertise in machine learning, deep learning and applied data science. Demonstrated success in driving AI-driven automation and quantifiable productivity gains or customer experience improvements. Experience with change management strategies and navigating complex organizational transformations. Solid understanding of AI ethics, data governance and regulatory compliance. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker and hands-on leader, driven by curiosity and results. Fluent in English.
