PRP ARCHITECTS
Were looking for an enthusiastic Team Coordinator to join our team at our Sopot studio.
We are looking to expand our practice with people who we believe will thrive in our fantastic inclusive working environment. At the core of our culture and ethos is our desire to encourage employees to feel part of the wider PRP team as well as their local studio.
This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with our People & Culture team as well as the Finance team.
The role involves project work, using innovative technology platforms and administrative tools, and covers the following areas:
- Managing all aspects of data and administration
- Supporting recruitment process in the UK and Poland
- Preparing spreadsheets and reports
- Elements of payroll and finance administration when required
Skills required include:
- Great attention to detail
- Organised and efficient, with the ability to prioritise
- Good level of numeracy, with excellent written and spoken communication in English and Polish
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to establish good working relationships and collaborate across teams
- Interest in Digital Tech platforms

Experience is not required but a willingness to learn these systems would be expected.
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8.00am-5.00pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch break (2:00pm – 3:00pm)
