  • B2B Contract | Up to 160 hours per month | Hybrid, Kraków
  • Amer Sports is seeking a proactive, highly organized Team Assistant to be the driving force behind smooth operations within our IT Operations & Infrastructure team. This role combines calendar mastery, event coordination, and operational support to ensure seamless communication and flawless execution across meetings, projects, and internal activities.   • Internal Team Calendar Management:
  • - Coordinate and maintain team calendars, schedule meetings and internal events, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Logistics & Internal Event Support:
  • - Organise internal events, training sessions, workshops, and team activities.
  • - Coordinate logistics, including room bookings, materials, attendee lists, catering, and setup.
  • Communication & Content Coordination:
  • - Prepare and update departmental presentations.
  • - Collect, curate, and structure content for departmental communications.
  • - Support and facilitate department meetings, including agenda preparation, content gathering, and follow-up actions.
  • - Ensure consistency and clarity in internal messaging.
  • - Create and distribute surveys, collect feedback, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Travel Booking & Management:
  • - Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and transport for the team.
  • - Manage travel approvals and expense documentation.
  • - Ensure compliance with travel policies and cost-effective planning.
  • Internal Social Media (Intranet, Viva Engage & MS Teams) Management
  • - Draft, schedule, and publish posts aligned with departmental objectives.
  • - Coordinate content contributions from team members.
  • - Monitor engagement and maintain an active and relevant departmental presence.
  • Back Office & General Administration
  • - Maintain documentation, filing systems, contact lists, and shared resources.
  • - Support procurement, invoice processing, and vendor coordination.
  • - Provide operational support to ensure smooth daily functioning.
  • Other Administrative Tasks
  • - Carry out additional administrative duties as required.
  • - Assist with ad-hoc requests from the manager and team.

requirements-expected :


  • 5+ years’ experience in admin, assistant, back-office, or project roles, with event planning and close collaboration with senior management.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
  • Proficiency with office tools (e.g., MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, calendar systems).
  • Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in content creation and meeting facilitation.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Collaboration and support mindset.
  • High level of self-reliance with the ability to work in a team, as well as autonomously.
  • You can work in teams with members from several nationalities and cultures.
