We are looking for an experienced Tax, Transfer Pricing & Statutory Reporting Specialist who will support end to end Direct and Indirect Tax, as well as Statutory Accounting and Reporting processes. The role involves working closely with both internal data providers and external service partners, supporting accurate financial data delivery for tax and statutory compliance in a dynamic, international environment.



Responsibilities

• Verifying the correct accounting treatment of business transactions.
• Supporting external audits, liaising with auditors and coordinating audit deliverables.
• Interpreting local accounting policies and standards.
• Preparing SOPs related to the transition of processes to the Centre of Competence (CoC).
• Supporting ad hoc financial analysis requests from the Supervisor.
• Participating in local, regional and global projects as needed.
• Continuously identifying improvement opportunities and driving implementation (compliance, quality, process efficiency).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3–6 years of hands on experience in at least one of the following areas: Statutory Reporting, Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes, Transfer Pricing.
• Preferable tax or country specific knowledge in at least one of the following jurisdictions: UK, US, Australia, Germany, Spain.
• Professional proficiency in English; German would be an asset.
• Ability to act as a focal point between stakeholders, multitask and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong computer skills, particularly Excel and SAP.
• ACCA qualification or equivalent is a strong asset.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong communication skills, stakeholder management and problem solving abilities.
