About the role

The Tax & Statutory Reporting Specialist is responsible for the preparation/submission of accurate and timely reporting of statutory financial statements, direct and indirect tax, and other regulatory reporting. If applicable, supports in the external audit process.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure that all (direct and indirect) tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time.
• Prepare or manage the preparation of accurate financial statements in accordance with Local GAAP.
• Manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and advisors (for example, tax advisors).
• If applicable, manage the external audit process to ensure a time and cost-efficient audit.
• Calculate current and deferred tax in accordance with Hyvas accounting policies (IFRS based).
• Responsible for indirect tax, statistics information, and other financial information to comply with local laws & regulations.
• Establish and maintain work instructions.

Requirements:

• Educational Level: Secondary vocational education+
• Professional Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.
