Take responsibility for ensuring the company’s compliance with tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions. You will play a crucial role in the preparation and review of tax filings, support audits end-to-end, and advise stakeholders on key tax matters. What tasks are waiting for you?

Advise on tax returns (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, etc.) for various entities operating in Poland.

Ensure compliance with Polish and international tax laws and regulations.

Monitor and implement changes in Polish tax legislation that affect the company.

Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting processes.

Ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Assist in preparing tax-related provisions and disclosures for financial statements.

Provide internal stakeholders with advice on tax-efficient structures and operations.

Collaborate with finance teams and external consultants to optimize tax liabilities.

Participate in tax planning strategies for new projects.

Assist with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.

Prepare necessary documentation for audits and defend the company’s tax positions.

Identify opportunities to streamline tax processes and implement automation where possible.

Contribute to the development of internal tax policies and procedures within the FSSC framework.

Apply today if you:

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)

Bring 5+ years of experience in a tax-related role, preferably in a shared service center or multinational company

Possess strong knowledge of tax regulations, particularly VAT and corporate income tax

Are experienced with tax software and ERP systems (e.g., QAD, AX, Navision)

Use Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools daily

Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Have excellent attention to detail and are highly organized

Present great communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally

Are fluent in English and feel confident expressing your ideas clearly
