Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver timely and accurate VAT returns to Tax Authorities.
- Coordinate with external providers for CIT and CIT-related reporting.
- Complete all VAT and CIT-related accounting activities essential for TAX returns, including transaction data control checks and tax documentation reviews to identify and correct errors.
- Perform reviews of VAT registers and prepare Intrastat and ECSL/ECPL reporting.
- Reconcile VAT, Intrastat, and ECSL/ECPL reporting data.
- Conduct selected statistical, customs, and excise reporting.
- Provide assistance during tax audits and statutory audits.
- Analyze TAX balance sheet accounts.
- Perform VAT probability checks.
- Archive all submitted returns/reports and correspondence with the authorities.
- Initiate ideas to improve tax-related processes.
Our Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or tax department within an international company.
- Preferably knowledgeable in Microsoft Dynamics AX or a similar ERP system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel.
- Experience in VAT and/or CIT is advantageous.
- Fast learner with strong analytical skills.
