We are currently looking for a Tax Reporting Specialist (VAT & Intrastat) to support our client in key tax and trade reporting processes.This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with SAP systems, VAT compliance, and EU trade reporting.

What we expect

• good command of English (both written and spoken);
• familiarity with VAT regulations and EU trade reporting is a plus;
• strong attention to detail and analytical mindset;
• ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team
• working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel;

• previous experience in VAT and/or Intrastat reporting would be an asset

Your tasks

• VAT Reporting – preparing and submitting VAT declarations, monitoring regulatory changes, and collaborating with accounting and audit teams;

• preparing declarations, analyzing EU trade data, and communicating with customs authorities;

• creating summaries and reports, ensuring accuracy of VAT and Intrastat data;

• working with SAP/ERP systems and performing data analysis in Excel;

• supporting teams in accounting, tax, procurement, and sales;

• participating in tax audits and cooperating with tax advisors and tax authorities
