Our Client is a worldwide company in the Pharma sector. We are seeking to recruit a Tax Manager.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in tax departments, with a focus on team coordination.
• Strong expertise in tax operations, global tax standards, and local tax regulations.
• Skilled in SAP modules such as FI and Subledger.
• Profound technical knowledge of tax operations, global tax standards, and some local specifics.
• Ability to prioritize customer focus while applying globally standardized processes.
• Management experience, including leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English, particularly with tax-related terminology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely tax declarations to local authorities for assigned countries.
• Implement and uphold both standard and local tax processes within local accounting organizations and shared service operations (SSO). This includes managing documentation, ICS controls, and training materials, all within the agreed activity scope and service levels.
• Support business transformations, including the introduction of technical solutions, system migrations, and the integration or transition of new services or companies.
• Develop and maintain a cross-trained, versatile, and proactive team of 12 members.
• Deliver high-quality process performance and manage individual and team outcomes effectively.
