• Salary range: 20 000 - 23 000 PLN gross
• Level: Team Leader/Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing daily activities of a tax team
• Supports team members in the following tasks: local and group statutory reporting, ownership of the data for income tax return, ownership of the data & collection for VAT returns, responsibility for accounting for income taxes, implementation of business and process changes, responsibility for operational reporting
• Proactively drives individual and team performance to achieve results
• Support the management of the relationship with the respective Managed Service Providers ensuring they deliver in accordance with KPIs
• Support with identifying and implementing enhancements over the control and governance of the data that is collected and shared with the Managed Service Providers
• Oversee key processes and controls in accordance with the Tax Governance Framework and guidance provided by the Tax Centre of Excellence to ensure the provision of complete and accurate data to enable correct tax calculations and eliminate errors
• Work collaboratively with the key stakeholders within the operating model
• Prepare reports to Head of RTR and Tax & Stats Delivery

Requirements:

• Experience in team managements (at least 1-2 years)
• Understanding one or more of the following areas: Statutory Reporting, VAT, Corporate Tax, Withholding Taxes
• Very strong understanding of data flows and accounting principles allowing for effective preparation of data for the completion of tax computations and statutory accounts by external advisors
• Experience of managing the delivery of tax and statutory reporting processes
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of SAP - nice to have
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
