Tax Manager – Global Equity

• Client Service Delivery: Provide support and guidance for the processing of equity and incentive award payroll calculations and instructions, utilizing our advanced, flexible platform. Ensure all activities are compliant with payroll regulations and service level agreements, while driving continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction.
• Global Coordination: Lead the strategic coordination of information exchange between KPMG member firms, ensuring our data is perpetually current, precise, and relevant.
• Deadline & Data Accuracy Management: As a manager, enforce the highest standards of service quality by guaranteeing the delivery of accurate data to clients within specified timelines.
• Client & Vendor Liaison: Serve as the principal contact for client interactions, provide unmatched support, and spearhead the management of relationships with third-party vendors to foster efficient service delivery.
• Tool Development & Testing: Steer the ongoing development and testing of our market-leading tool, ensuring it remains aligned with the evolving demands of our clients.
