Tax Expert
Our customer is a global company which offer modern solutions. Were looking for a talented finance professional to join our Group Tax Reporting team - an essential unit responsible for delivering clear, timely and compliant tax information that supports both business operations and strategic planning across the organisation.
Project information:
Location: Kraków or remote (max. 1-2 visits in office per month)
Working hours: Mon-Fr, 8 hours per day (very flexible)
Languages: Polish & English
Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
Level: Expert
Salary range: 16 000 - 18 000 PLN gross
Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and review of group-level tax disclosures, including deferred tax positions and ETR, ensuring alignment with international accounting standards
Collaborate with regional finance teams to gather and validate tax inputs during key reporting periods
Produce insightful analysis to explain tax performance and variances, providing stakeholders with the information they need to make decisions
Forecast future tax positions and cash tax obligations, supporting both compliance and planning
Maintain oversight of audit deliverables and manage relationships with external auditors during year-end reviews
Support ongoing improvements in reporting quality, process efficiency and systems usage
Requirements:
Professional experience in tax reporting and statutory reporting (group)
Strong accounting expertise (in international environment)
Advanced MS Excel and SAP skills
Fluency in English
Well-organized & independent
Very good communication skills
