ABOUT THE JOB:

For our Corporate division in POZNAŃ Poland we are looking for a:

TAX ACCOUNTING EXPERT.

Reporting to Chief Accounting Officer as a Tax Accounting Expert. Your role will be to oversee US tax reporting and tax compliance, supporting global tax initiatives and transfer pricing efforts. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring accurate tax filings, meeting internal and jurisdictional deadlines.

Your responsibilities in the role:

• Review of current and deferred tax calculations for EMEA and APAC entities
• Analyze and reconcile tax related data, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance in accordance with US GAAP standards
• Provide support on the implementation of the OECD “Pillar II” regulations including both computation and declarative aspects
• Provide support on quarterly and yearly Transfer Pricing adjustments including computation
• Partner with IT and Finance to improve and automate tax related processes and reporting (Oracle ERP tax modules)
• Collaborate with external auditors, US Tax advisors, tax accounting team and local finance teams on tax accounting matters
• Provide support on some VAT issues (optional)

Our requirements:

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
• 5+ years of experience in tax accounting, preferably within Big 4 firm or a multinational company
• Strong knowledge of IFRS /US GAAP standards
• Experience with tax reporting in multiple EMEA and APAC jurisdictions
• Familiarity with global tax developments
• CPA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Advanced command of written and spoken English
