Obowiązki

• Executing finance and accounting (F&A) or tax processes within both external and internal projects.
• Conducting data analysis and data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Leading and actively participating in client meetings and calls.
• Engaging in diverse tax-related projects and initiatives.
• Developing and implementing enhancements to business processes for greater efficiency.
• Providing support for tax process engagements and optimization efforts.
• Taking part in indirect tax projects, including tax treatment reviews and transitioning tax processes from clients to outsourcing partners.
• Actively contributing to the implementation of a Continuous Improvement culture within the team.

Wymagania

• Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in F&A processes (RTR, OTC, PTP) and tax roles, or in a similar capacity.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
• Polish language proficiency is required.
• Solid knowledge of SAP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills, including report generation, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and VBA macro maintenance.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, including calls and negotiations.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, with a proactive and action-oriented approach.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail when handling data and preparing reports.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks within variable time frames.
