About the Team:

We are looking for a new colleague in the Tax department at our location in Czestochowa. As ZF’s global tax function, we support and facilitate ZF’s global business operations by providing required tax expertise for ongoing and planned business models, as well as the necessary tax compliance infrastructure. We also support the implementation of standardized and automated tax activities and processes. Our team is committed to driving effective tax processes and efficient tax planning to support ZFs overall competitiveness.

What you can look forward to as Tax Accounting Expert:

• Supporting ongoing tax accounting tasks, including:
• Preparation of current and deferred tax calculations for various group entities in collaboration with local finance teams globally;
• Preparation of consolidated reports to determine relevant tax positions and effective tax rate for IFRS Annual Report purposes;
• Preparation of tax-related notes for IFRS Annual Report;
• Proactively identifying improvement opportunities and managing the development of Tax Accounting processes and technical solutions for better quality, accuracy, and control;
• Supporting the implementation of reporting processes related to Global Minimum Taxation (OECD Pillar II);
• Assisting in the development and delivery of end-user training for global Tax Accounting processes and tools;
• Supporting projects to improve automation and efficiency across the tax department;
• Providing technical guidance to team members.

Your profile as Tax Accounting Expert:

• 5+ years of experience in tax accounting within a multinational or professional organization;
• Strong knowledge of international taxation and tax accounting principles (IFRS);
• Good knowledge of international accounting standards;
• Understanding of global tax reporting processes and systems;
• Experience with Financial Reporting/Consolidation systems;
• Ability to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Preferred skills include familiarity with IAS12, stakeholder interaction, IT background, data analytics, and process-oriented mindset.
