Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Tax Accountant – Team Leader to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in tax and VAT accounting and proven experience in leading a small team of accountants. In this role, you will independently handle all tax-related matters, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and provide guidance and oversight to your team to maintain accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle all TAX and VAT accounting matters.
- Prepare and submit VAT, CIT, and WHT declarations.
- Manage a team of accountants, ensuring accuracy and compliance in daily operations.
- Prepare documentation for tax audits and provide support during internal and external audits.
- Conduct analyses and prepare reports, taking appropriate action where needed.
- Cooperate with tax and fiscal authorities, responding to official queries and requests.
- Provide professional tax and accounting support to other business units within the organization.
What we expect:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (tax/accounting).
- Proven team management and leadership skills.
- Very good English, both spoken and written.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- SAP system knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong organization skills and ability to work under time pressure.
- Accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
