As a Tariff Classification Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring BOSCH Group’s compliance with international trade regulations. Your expertise will help us navigate classification of goods for tariff/customs purposes.

Responsibilities

• Perform tariff classification of BOSCH product portfolio, incl. raw as well as spare parts according to the national tariff schemes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and international stakeholder to gather necessary technical information and documentation for accurate classification.
• Work with a global team and Foreign Trade functions in entities in multiple countries; fluent communication in English is expected.
• Stay ahead of the game by keeping up with evolving foreign trade regulations, in particular on tariff classification in many jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in trade compliance or product engineering.
• Strong understanding and proven experience in tariff classification.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Advanced English proficiency (German is a plus!).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, GTS or MIC) is a bonus.
• Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
