We are looking for candidates with first experience in the field of recruitment and very good knowledge of French and English.

Your tasks

• Executing an effective and innovative sourcing strategy to identify good quality candidates,
• Conducting complex Boolean searches within various platforms, job boards, and various social media channels,
• Reviewing job applications,
• Engaging with candidates via phone, e-mail, text messages, social media platforms etc.,
• Conducting phone interviews and assessing candidates against position requirements,
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs (in collaboration with Recruitment Partner),
• Staying up to date on recruitment market news and marketing activities,
• Support recruiters in developing talent attraction campaigns.
