Whats it all about?
Join our Experienced Hires Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Sourcing Partner! Youll work with multiple Talent Acquisition Partners to find top candidates for non-tech positions across Europe. This role is crucial to sourcing and engaging high-quality, diverse talent for Visa.
If you think you could support Visa as an Talent Sourcing Partner, we want to hear from you! This is a 10-month contract via a third party provider, but based on site at Visa.
What we expect of you, day to day.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
