Talent Sourcer & Recruitment Researcher
We are looking for an ambitious and self‑driven individual to join our team. You will be responsible for conducting executive search projects: this will involve identifying, attracting and recruiting talented candidates for high‑level positions through a direct search method.
Your Tasks
- 1) Developing and implementing proactive market research and sourcing strategies that utilize social networking, social media recruitment channels, as well as corporate tools and technologies
- 2) Contacting, interviewing and initial selection and recommendation of candidate
- 3) Preparing project documentation (e.g. candidate reports and notes, job specifications etc.) in English, providing content contribution
- 4) Working with databases and recruitment systems (ATS)
- 5) Organizing and coordinating business meetings
- Conducting market research and developing reports containing market insights tailored for specific industries
- Contributing to BD activities through market analysis and sector understanding
- Engagement in EB activities: maintaining a good Company image, proactively promoting the Kienbaum brand
- Building mutually beneficial relationships with Candidates, implementing procedures for improving the Candidate Experience
- Continuous improvement orientation for all related processes
Our Requirements
- Prior executive search/recruitment experience supported with the knowledge of recruitment/ talent acquisition methods and best practices as nice to have
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills
- Strong project management, multi‑tasking and prioritization skills
- Process orientation with an attention to detail
- Ability to collect and analyze information, problem‑solve, and make informed decisions, driving operational excellence
- A proactive approach with a strong result orientation; a ‘can‑do attitude’ and a hands‑on attitude
- Able to work under time pressure and deliver against deadlines, goal‑oriented and self‑driven
- Takes ownership, demonstrating initiative and engagement
