Recruitment team at Grid Dynamics is looking for a Talent Sourcer in Gdansk!

We are looking for a person with sourcing experience on Polish as well as European market and proven track record of finding and engaging into the recruitment process such specialists as Java/Python/.NET/Node.js engineers, DevOps, UI, Big Data, QA Engineers, as well as Data Scientists and ML engineers.

You will be working closely with local recruiters but in an international environment so the Upper-Intermediate level of English/Polish is a must have requirement for us.

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented person, who can work under pressure and deliver the results within limited time and budget.

Essential functions

1. Sourcing candidates through different channels - database, Linkedin, Amazing Hiring, GitHub, external events, community events, etc;
2. Generate pipelines of candidates according to requirements and budget;
3. Communication with candidates via Linkedin, email;
4. Scheduling HR calls for recruiters;
5. Work with internal ATS;
6. Help with job posting on our career web site and other job boards;
7. Support recruitment team with market research and market capacity analysis;
8. Assisting recruiters at all stages of the hiring process (like preparing resumes, helping with scheduling technical interviews);

Qualifications

1. Sourcing experience in IT company;
2. Strong knowledge of IT market: technologies, profiles and types of specialists;
3. Knowledge of local market specifics and trends;
4. Experience in sourcing on other European markets;
5. Extensive experience in using different sourcing channels;
6. Proven self-education skills: courses, workshops, webinars, certifications related to professional activities.
7. Multitasking and flexibility: be able to change sourcing priorities and strategies according to the business needs.
8. Great communication skills and team work.
