Responsibilities:

• Independent search for candidates on LinkedIn, GitHub, Stackoverflow, DOU, Telegram, etc.
• Define new search channels for the best candidates.
• Maintaining a candidate pool in ATS.
• Teamwork with recruiters, staffing managers, interview teams and candidates to optimize the recruitment process.
• Monitoring of the Ukrainian IT market.
• Participation in various public events, including internal schools and meetups.

Requirements:

• Atleast 0.5 ofexperience asaResearcher/Sourcer in IT company.
• Understanding the specifics of selecting IT specialists.
• Experience with candidate sourcing principles using Boolean Search, X-Ray, and Data Scrapping.
• Ability to find candidates’ contacts on LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, Skype, etc.
• Self-organization and result orientation.
• English level— Intermediate or higher.
