Przegląd

As a Talent Sourcer will be responsible for researching, identifying, and contacting potential candidates for various positions.

Cooperation based on mandate contract for 6 months (umowa zlecenie)

Obowiązki

• Conducting phone screenings with candidates.
• Conducting direct search and actively seeking candidates.
• Publishing and promoting job offers and analyzing application documents.
• Managing modern candidate acquisition channels and the candidate database.

Kwalifikacje

• Previous similar experience in working as a sourcer in an internal HR department or a recruitment agency.
• Knowledge of candidate sourcing tools and methods.
• Experience in working with ATS systems (e.g., icims) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Practical knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience in the advertising or digital production industry is a plus.
