We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to support our recruitment function by identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent across multiple business areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys market research, candidate outreach, and building strong talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a critical role in hiring for a diverse portfolio of functions, including VPs, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a high-quality candidate flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for roles across VP-level, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance departments.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify high-potential candidates and niche profiles.
• Initiate and manage candidate outreach, ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience.
• Pre-screen candidates to assess basic qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking in the ATS or CRM.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruitment Sourcer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and candidate research methods.
• Experience sourcing for both corporate and business roles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in written outreach.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive mindset.
