Zadania:

Your first step into international recruitment

As an Entry-Level Talent Sourcer, you will be not only learning but also responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting talent for international RPO clients. This is a great opportunity to start a career in global recruitment, learning best-in-class sourcing techniques while working in a highly collaborative hub environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and databases
• Direct outreach and candidate engagement
• CV screening and basic fit assessment
• Supporting Recruiters with talent pipelines and shortlists
• Keeping data accurate in ATS / CRM systems

Learning global RPO sourcing methodologies and best practices
