This is not a recruiting role – it is about the science of talent and performance, providing evidence‑based insights that empower business stakeholders to make better hiring decisions.

Location

This is a remote position based in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Drive talent analytics and provide real‑time insight to the business, partnering with stakeholders to streamline hiring processes.
  • Conduct in‑depth behavioural talent interviews, uncovering motivations and behaviours that predict success.
  • Build key relationships with global stakeholders, ensuring consistency in hiring practices and monitoring hiring activity.
  • Create data‑driven insights, establishing robust, evidence‑based decision frameworks.
  • Consider the employer brand and candidate experience in all interactions.
  • Review and streamline hiring processes and tools, driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with external partners and platforms to maximise return on investment.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion, reducing unconscious bias and supporting a bias‑free sourcing strategy.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional academic background (Bachelor’s or Master’s in a psychology‑based discipline).
  • Experience hiring talent in technology or consulting.
  • Highly data‑driven mindset with measurable outcome orientation.
  • Passion for using scientific approaches to predict and measure hiring outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with SQL and, preferably, Python and statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of psychometric assessments and interpretation.
  • Experience conducting behavioural, competency‑based interviews and training stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, self‑driven, and effective in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel to company events 2‑4 times a year, up to two weeks each.

Other Skills You May Bring

  • Headhunting and sourcing experience; ability to coach senior leadership on industry‑level searches.
  • Statistical significance testing with expertise in Bayesian inference, predictive analytics, or machine learning.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Talent Insights, Greenhouse, DISC profiling, Superset.
  • Understanding of psychometric validity and reliability metrics.
