We are seeking a Talent Recruiter position based in our Poznań Office. This is a fixed term position for 18 months.

Your future team

As a Talent Recruiter, you will be a part of the recruitment team of 4 who successfully recruit professionals for different areas and functions within ROCKWOOL Global Business Service Center.

HR Team in ROCKWOOL Global Business Service Center is responsible for recruitment as well as HR Admin processes for the employees on site in Poznan. The local HR team consists of 13 joyful people, including 4 in the recruitment sub-team.

What you will be doing

You will drive the recruitment agenda for various positions within ROCKWOOL departments and business areas in our competence centers in Poznan and Warsaw and own the full end-to-end recruitment cycle for those positions. You will be the point of contact for the hiring managers to collect their recruitment needs, design the adequate sourcing strategy, report on progress and KPIs, and advise on the most successful means to recruit.

Also, you will:

  1. Use your expertise to understand the candidates fit for the positions.
  2. Reach specialists from relevant industries, building relationships with them and expanding the network.
  3. Create a sourcing strategy to attract candidates using social media and your own ideas.
  4. Support the strategy to attract candidates including recruitment campaigns, job ads, LinkedIn posting campaigns, and active presence at industry-related events (job fairs, webinars, etc.).

What you bring

We are looking for a colleague who is open-minded about current market trends and has a strong drive for seeking new unconventional methods of sourcing professionals.

Moreover, apply if you have:

  1. Min. 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, pre-onboarding).
  2. Advanced command of English (C1 level is a must).
  3. Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build and maintain effective relations with hiring managers.
  4. Identified sources and own network of candidates.
  5. Ability to work with recruitment KPIs.
