Our client is looking for a Talent Marketing & Sourcing Specialist, who will play a key role in proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging top passive candidates to build strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
In this position, you will support strategic sourcing initiatives and ensure a continuous flow of qualified talent aligned with future business needs. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Team Leads, you will contribute to workforce planning, anticipate upcoming hiring needs, and design sourcing strategies across multiple functions and regions.
Responsibilities and Main Tasks
- Executing proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Building and maintaining long-term talent pools for recurring or future hiring needs.
- Collaborating with TA Specialists to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Supporting diversity sourcing initiatives and inclusive search strategies.
- Tracking sourcing activity and maintaining pipeline health using ATS/CRM tools.
- Preparing and delivering sourcing metrics and reports to the TA Team Lead.
- Conducting market and talent mapping to provide insights on talent availability, competitor trends, and compensation benchmarks.
- Participating in workforce planning activities to support future talent needs.
- Providing support and basic training to TA team members in sourcing strategies and market intelligence.
Skills Required
- English (Fluent): Strong written and verbal communication in an international environment.
- SuccessFactors (Proficient): Experience managing recruitment processes and candidate data in SAP SuccessFactors.
- ServiceNow (Proficient): Skilled in handling tickets and workflows within ServiceNow.
- Microsoft Office (Proficient): Advanced use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for reporting and presentations.
- Customer Service Mindset (Advanced): Proactive, solution‑oriented approach with excellent client interaction skills.
- Sourcing Channels (Advanced): Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn, social media, and job boards for talent acquisition.
- Communication Skills (Advanced): Clear, professional communication for interviews, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.
Work Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in sourcing or research (in‑house or agency).
- Solid hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
- Experience with CRM systems, talent mapping, and candidate engagement.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience with diversity sourcing and workforce planning is a strong advantage.
