To ensure efficient delivery of services to all stakeholders (entities, regions, employees) in line with agreed Service Level Targets.
Talent and Learning Specialist is responsible for providing quality and timely end-to-end service addressing employee needs across all P&C areas under Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), namely:
- Maintaining data in all systems within the GBS scope
- Preparing reports, dashboards
- Liaising with the market to make sure GBS processes reflect current Learning, Development and Talent processes
- Looking for standardization and automation improvements
- Supporting and promoting myJTI (Service Now) deployment & development
- Updating process documentation to accommodate system and process changes
- Supporting communication within defined procedures
- Supporting Performance Reviews, Talent Review, Succession Management
- Training programs/trainings data maintenance: employee nomination, enrollment and completion follow-up
- Managing accesses and analyzing utilization of JTI Global Digital Learning platforms (Rosetta Stone, LinkedIn Learning)
- Mentoring program - nomination, Mentor/Mentee matching, communication, etc.
- Assessment administration in accordance with Global Assessment Portfolio
- Supporting Global Employee Engagement Survey as well as Top Employer Certification
- Providing advisory support to JTI community on how MyJTI should be used, and what is the most appropriate and efficient way to request necessary services from GBS
- Addressing TM and L&D related queries, act as internal TM and L&D advisor within their area of responsibility
- Updating the related working documents and procedures if case of changes
- University degree (Bachelor, Master)
- 1-2 years of experience in a multinational organization in a similar role. Experience in an administrative role is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken English. Other languages would be an asset
- Good knowledge of Talent Management process and Learning & Development needs and deliverables
- Strong Customer Service Mindset
- Understanding cross-cultural sensitivity
- Excellent team player, open minded and flexible
- Proficient Excel and Power Point user
- Knowledge of Success Factors (Talent Management and Learning and Development modules) or other LMS is a plus
- GBS related certification is a plus (Certified GBS Professionals Program, etc.)
- Knowledge of other development tools would be an asset
