Talent Development Specialist
Your responsibilities
- Supporting the execution of activities within the Potential and Performance Review process.
- Managing the quarterly potential review system by analyzing results.
- Developing targeted growth initiatives based on assessment results.
- Assisting the HRBP team by providing tools and guidance for employee development and succession planning.
- Leading development projects from conception to execution.
- Designing and implementing innovative learning solutions, with a strong focus on AI and blended learning.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant content.
- Managing relationships with external providers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and content effectiveness.
- Evaluating and reporting on the impact of development initiatives.
- Creating and executing internal marketing plans to promote development programs.
Our requirements
- A degree in Education, HR, Psychology, Sociology, Management, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in designing competency development initiatives, particularly in technology-driven or AI-enhanced learning.
- Proven experience in managing relationships with external training providers.
- Strong expertise in instructional design and training program development.
- Proficiency in competency and potential assessment tools such as DISC D3, Gallup StrengthsFinder, Harrison Assessments, 9 Box Grid, etc.
- Very good level of the English language (B2/C1).
