The Global Business Services (GBS) team delivers industry leading services to fuel company growth. It drives value and support to customers through a shared-services model, and it provides a variety of centralized accounting and non-accounting services such as Payroll and Administration to support the global Boston Scientific organization.

To join our Talent Community and be successful in such roles, you would need to have:

• Graduating or graduated from a Bachelors or Masters Degree
• Work experience in administration, accounting, payroll, or finance
• Fluency in English; additional language capabilities are a strong plus
• Experience with SAP
• Intelligent Automation experience is a strong plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and focus on building relationships
• Self-motivated yet a team player
• Change agent that focuses on a high level of quality
• Continuous improvement attitude
• Based in Warsaw or open to relocate
