TALENT COMMUNITY - Global Business Services (GBS) Team (Junior, Mid, Senior levels)
 

The Global Business Services (GBS) team delivers industry leading services to fuel company growth. It drives value and support to customers through a shared-services model, and it provides a variety of centralized accounting and non-accounting services such as Payroll and Administration to support the global Boston Scientific organization.

To join our Talent Community and be successful in such roles, you would need to have:

• Graduating or graduated from a Bachelors or Masters Degree
• Work experience in administration, accounting, payroll, finance
• Fluency in English, additional language capabilities are a strong plus 
• Experience with SAP
• Intelligent Automation experience is a strong plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and focus on building relationships 
• Self-motivated yet team player 
• Change agent that focuses on a high level of quality 
• Continuous improvement attitude
• Based in Warsaw or open to relocate
