Talent attraction partner – Role Overview

This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw and will join our Talent Attraction team. The team is responsible for all recruitment processes and attracting great people to BEC. You will work closely with hiring managers in Poland and Denmark and external vendors. The role offers a blend of office collaboration and the flexibility to work remotely up to 8 days per month. Your direct manager will be Natalia Faccio.

Primary task and responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers and external vendors.
  • Handle the full candidate lifecycle: sourcing, offering, and negotiation.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring goals.
  • Apply sourcing strategies and market experience to attract passive high‑quality candidates.
  • Use advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, etc.).
  • Analyze business needs and help leaders think holistically about talent solutions.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and optimise the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI trends and best HR practices to continuously improve talent acquisition.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience through personalised and efficient communication.
  • Support external employer branding activities and in‑office social events to attract new talent.

To succeed you will have

  • At least 4 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment.
  • Understanding of the IT market (tools, programming languages, IT positions) and its trends.
  • Advanced written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactiveness, openness and a smile.
  • “How can we do this better?” mindset and a “team first, ego last” working style.

It is nice to have

  • Proficiency in using AI tools and technologies for recruitment (chatbots, predictive analytics).
  • Experience with Polish labour market regulation.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
