Talent Acquisition Specialist at Quanta Energy
Quanta Energy is one of the largest providers of comprehensive photovoltaic solutions in the automotive, industrial, logistics, and services sectors in Poland and also operates in Germany, Italy, and Romania. As part of the R‑Power Group, we have been growing rapidly in the European solar energy market since 2010.
We have completed over 2,600 projects for leading international brands such as Volkswagen, Audi, Stellantis, and others. We develop, own, and operate on‑site and off‑site solar projects across Europe, delivering clean energy to enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for specialist and leadership roles within the PV sector across Poland and other European markets.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through direct search channels (LinkedIn, industry platforms, and professional networks).
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, including international partners in markets such as Italy and Germany.
- Drive and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives and help shape a strong, consistent candidate experience.
- Maintain and develop the candidate database in our ATS (eRecruiter), ensuring high data quality and process efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 4 years’ experience independently managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including a minimum of 1 year in a recruitment agency and experience within in‑house recruitment teams.
- Hands‑on knowledge of direct search tools and techniques (including LinkedIn) and the ability to use them effectively in recruitment projects.
- Proven recruiting experience for roles at Specialist, Expert, Manager, and C‑level levels.
- Ability to build candidate profiles, define required competencies and skills, and verify them effectively during interviews.
- English proficiency at a level enabling confident communication with candidates from different countries (minimum B2).
- Experience working with ATS systems (e.g., eRecruiter).
