Our client is expanding its Global Knowledge Centre in Gdańsk and is looking for a dynamic, people‑focused Team Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead a team responsible for delivering high‑quality, end‑to‑end recruitment services across the region.

About the Role
As the Team Manager – Talent Acquisition, you will lead a team of TA Specialists responsible for delivering recruitment services across a defined geography or portfolio. You will oversee hiring for a wide range of positions—from corporate and specialist roles to operational and high‑volume recruitment.
In this role, you will ensure excellence in recruitment delivery, coach and develop your team, hiring managers, and external vendors. You will also play an important part in embedding global and regional TA processes, strengthening employer branding, and driving continuous improvement.
The position reports directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Recruitment Delivery
- Lead day‑to‑day recruitment operations, ensuring efficient distribution of requisitions and balanced team workloads.
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of recruitment processes to meet service expectations, hiring timelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor performance, support issue resolution, and ensure consistency across all recruitment activities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers in your assigned area.
- Advise on sourcing strategies, job requirements, interview frameworks, and selection decisions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and external vendors to secure timely and high‑quality candidate pipelines.
Performance Monitoring
- Track key TA metrics such as time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
People Management & Development
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to TA Specialists.
- Build a high‑performing, engaged, and collaborative team culture.
- Champion change initiatives, adoption of new tools, and alignment with global TA frameworks.
- Work with the Regional TA Manager to forecast hiring needs and prioritize critical roles.
- Support capacity planning and resource allocation to match evolving recruitment demands.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a transparent, timely, and engaging candidate journey from application to offer.
- Drive communication excellence and uphold employer brand standards throughout the process.
Cross‑Functional Partnership
- Cooperate with P&C Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and efficient transition from hiring to employment.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, data protection rules, legal requirements, and internal policies.
- Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement across the TA function.
What You Bring

Professional Profile
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including hiring for diverse and high‑volume roles
- Experience as a team leader in a dynamic, complex environment
- Strong working knowledge of ATS and HR platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow)
- Proven ability to improve processes, enhance quality, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience working with international or matrixed organizations is an asset
Education & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
- Leadership style grounded in clarity, empathy, accountability, and continuous improvement
