End-to-End Recruitment Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle – from intake meetings and job postings to screening, interviews, offers, and pre-boarding coordination
Partnership with Hiring Managers Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, build sourcing strategies, and guide selection decisions
Candidate Experience Ensure an engaging, transparent, and timely candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Data Accuracy & Compliance Maintain accurate records in ATS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and ensure full documentation compliance
Reporting & Stakeholder Updates Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to the TA Team Lead and business stakeholders
Employer Branding Support Contribute to employer branding activities such as job fairs, online campaigns, and talent community engagement
Continuous Improvement Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in TA projects to enhance efficiency and quality
Policy Adherence Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor market regulations in all recruitment activities
WYMAGANIA:
Recruitment Expertise 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in SSC/GBS or multinational environments
Strong Business Partnership Proven ability to work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners as a trusted advisor
System & Tool Proficiency Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), sourcing tools, and job boards Proficient in Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, and social media sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards)
Communication & Mindset Fluent in English Fluent in Swedish (additional languages are an asset) Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative and customer-focused approach
Process & Data Orientation Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open requisitions efficiently
Compliance Awareness Understanding of employment legislation relevant to recruitment and hiring practices
