ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
- End-to-End Recruitment Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle – from intake meetings and job postings to screening, interviews, offers, and pre-boarding coordination
- Partnership with Hiring Managers Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, build sourcing strategies, and guide selection decisions
- Candidate Experience Ensure an engaging, transparent, and timely candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Data Accuracy & Compliance Maintain accurate records in ATS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and ensure full documentation compliance
- Reporting & Stakeholder Updates Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to the TA Team Lead and business stakeholders
- Employer Branding Support Contribute to employer branding activities such as job fairs, online campaigns, and talent community engagement
- Continuous Improvement Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in TA projects to enhance efficiency and quality
- Policy Adherence Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor market regulations in all recruitment activities
WYMAGANIA:
- Recruitment Expertise 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in SSC/GBS or multinational environments
- Strong Business Partnership Proven ability to work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners as a trusted advisor
- System & Tool Proficiency Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), sourcing tools, and job boards Proficient in Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, and social media sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards)
- Communication & Mindset Fluent in English Fluent in Swedish (additional languages are an asset) Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative and customer-focused approach
- Process & Data Orientation Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open requisitions efficiently
- Compliance Awareness Understanding of employment legislation relevant to recruitment and hiring practices
