We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is proficient in leveraging the latest recruitment technologies to identify, attract, and engage top‑tier global talent. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment efforts by sourcing and attracting highly qualified candidates for diverse tech positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to pre‑onboarding
- Defining the best talent strategies and a tailored approach for the recruitment process
- Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure the best hiring outcomes
- Tracking and managing candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline using our ATS and other tools
- Continuously improving recruitment processes using the latest tools and industry best practices
What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience in tech sourcing and technical recruiting across international markets
- Fluency in English and Russian
- Experience in sourcing and networking with candidates via multiple professional channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards etc
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in multiple positions simultaneously
- Analytical skills with the ability to present market insights that drive and influence decision‑making
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Proactive, self‑driven approach to work
