Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-Tech)
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-Tech) to join ERGO Technology & Services. This role focuses on building talent pipelines for non‑IT areas such as finance, customer service, and HR.
How you will get the job done
- Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process.
- Attract candidates using various sources, including social media and professional networking sites, and research new ways of approaching candidates.
- Set up the right talent pipeline, cultivating and bringing high‑potential profiles to the business team.
- Prepare analysis and reports to provide insights into ongoing recruitment processes.
- Participate in recruitment and employer branding events, such as job fairs, conferences, and open days.
Skills and Experience You Will Need
- Fluency in English (C1).
At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter in an international environment. - Experience recruiting candidates for various roles in non‑tech areas (finance/customer services/HR or related).
- Experience working in a partnership model with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Comfortable with an abundance of details yet mindful of the big picture.
- Superb interpersonal, communication, and team skills that allow building working relationships with candidates and recruiting colleagues.
- Being flexible and comfortable with ambiguity.
