About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Warsaw. The recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes across various technical and non-technical roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. They will work closely with the existing recruiter to gain a full understanding of ongoing hiring pipelines and recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth knowledge transfer and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with remote hiring managers and leadership teams across locations, ensuring alignment on hiring strategies and goals.
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the Polish market.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.) to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date with hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the airline industry and the Polish market.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journey, from first contact to onboarding.

Skills and competencies

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a startup, product environment.
  • Strong background in hiring for airline, travel, or related industries (preferred).
  • Experience working with remote/global stakeholders and managing recruitment processes across different locations.
  • Deep understanding of the Polish labor market, employment regulations, and best hiring practices.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring alignment with the broader team.
  • Experience working in IT companies, particularly in tech recruitment.
