Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment journey.
- Coordinate with recruiters, BUHR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth delivery and adherence to SLAs.
- Handle both Blue Collar and White Collar hiring.
- Maintain effective communication across up-stream and down-stream processes to ensure great candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Stay updated on labor laws and market trends in the European recruitment space.
Skills Required
- Excellent written and oral communication in Dutch.
- Strong understanding of Staffing & Recruitment Domain.
- Proficiency in HRO – Recruitment & Staffing.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
