Who are we looking for?

Do you have extensive experience in recruiting for specialist and managerial positions? Can you effectively collaborate with Hiring Managers, adapting recruitment strategies to the ever-changing needs of the company? Are you someone who values building relationships and is not afraid of challenges in talent acquisition? If the answer is "YES!" – you are the person we are looking for! ?

Your Responsibilities

  • Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes – from the first contact with candidates to onboarding.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and support them in defining ideal candidate profiles.
  • Create and execute recruitment strategies that will help us attract the best specialists on the market.
  • Ensure that every step of the recruitment process is tailored, well-organized and candidate-friendly.

What We Expect

  • At least 3 years of experience recruiting for specialist roles.
  • Experience in fintech is a strong advantage (especially in recruiting for Legal, Commercial, Finance or Product roles).
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills – we are looking for someone who will be an ambassador of our company culture.
  • A creative and proactive approach to recruitment – we need someone who doesn’t follow a template.
  • Proficiency in modern recruitment tools and strong sourcing skills, including the use of social media.
  • Fluent English (C1 level or higher) – we work in an international environment.
