The role will report to the Europe Recruitment Lead, working closely with functional leads, as well as regional talent leaders within Dentons.

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities

The primary goal is to support Dentons operations in identifying and hiring the right people in the right place at the right time and cost. The Dentons operations functions include: Technology, Finance, Risk and Compliance, Clients and Markets, Brand and Communications, Innovation and People. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with functional leaders to clarify the resource requirements for global roles
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from initiation to making an offer and above
  • Deliver a proactive, end-to-end recruitment service to our candidates and stakeholders
  • Explore and implement innovative sourcing strategies
  • Work with the business in creating effective job descriptions and use multiple innovative channels to attract the right talent
  • Keep across external initiatives, market trends and routes to market, bringing the learnings into your day-to-day activity
  • Manage updated recruitment data, keeping track of the latest information related to the recruitment process, such as job postings, candidate applications, resumes, interviews, and job offers

About You

The person stepping into this role will have:

  • 3-5 years recruitment experience including in-house recruitment experience as a must
  • Added advantage if you have experience recruiting across multiple countries
  • Excellent sourcing skills using different tools (LinkedIn, Boolean, direct search, networking, etc.)
  • Experience with behavioral interview techniques
  • Experience creating positive client and candidate experiences
  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors is nice to have
  • Command of English that allows sufficient communication
  • Experience with influencing and engaging stakeholders, including building and managing relationships within a diverse global firm
  • Someone who is comfortable with working autonomously and on a predominantly remote basis
