We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive our TA work across our Eastern European territories. The position is based in either Romania, Hungary, Poland, or Ukraine, supporting teams in Eastern Europe with their specialist recruitment for the white collar population.

About the Role:

You will report to the TA Cluster Head for Eastern Europe and assist in recruiting for roles across our Eastern European locations. DP World is undergoing significant changes as we integrate two large businesses within the group, leading to a surge in recruitment. Your role will be integral to ensure the success of this global change by recruiting the best candidates for each position.

Your responsibilities will also include filling gaps as they occur in teams, supporting various TA projects, and attending job and trade fairs to promote DP World as the employer of choice within the supply chain sector.

So who are we looking for?

1. Extensive Eastern European end-to-end full recruitment cycle experience.
2. Experience in logistics and international TA within a corporate environment is ideal.
3. A strong understanding of recruitment technology and experience with an established ATS.
4. A focus on candidate and hiring manager experience, with the ability to identify what ‘good’ looks like.
5. Fluency in English is essential, along with native understanding of either Romanian or Polish/Hungarian.
6. Demonstrable experience in sourcing high-quality talent.
7. Fantastic stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate with line managers of all levels in different countries.
8. A strong self-starter who can manage day-to-day work to achieve KPIs and goals.
