Scope of Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for comprehensive management of the recruitment processes for managerial, specialist and operational positions (intern, junior-mid level roles) from end to end.
  2. Taking part in the intake sessions to gather all required information.
  3. Close cooperation with Hiring Managers at every stage of the recruitment process, from defining recruitment needs and creating a candidate profile to closing the recruitment process.
  4. Performing sourcing activities to find passive candidates for the roles assigned, as well as support for FSC Managers.
  5. Long listing candidates for FSC Managers.
  6. Utilizing ATS to store, manage, and engage talent pools of appropriate candidates, changing the status of candidates, adding notes of candidates.
  7. Conducting screening interviews.
  8. Sending Assessments to candidates.
  9. Offer preparation in the system & provide offer details to selected candidates.
  10. Taking care of the best possible Candidate Experience, building long-term relationships with candidates, building talent pools.
  11. Maintaining positive, long-term relationships with stakeholders.
  12. Communication of recruitment strategies to key business stakeholders.
  13. Establishing relationships with external vendors as well as active vendor management, acting as a bridge between the FSC and third parties.
  14. Establishing and maintaining relationships with local authorities driven by employer branding and recruitment needs.
  15. Providing regular updates on local labor market to FSC management.
  16. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  17. Expertise in sourcing, using various channels.
  18. Able to set priorities, goal-oriented.
  19. Able to build long-term relations with candidates and key stakeholders.
  20. Experience working across multiple countries in a matrix environment.
