Qualifications
- 2+ years of working experience in a search firm and/or corporate recruiting function
- Experience in sourcing for digital and analytics profiles both at the junior and senior level
- Proactive approach and can-do attitude
- Independence in organizing work and managing multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills* Flexible to travel and work outside of standard office hours
Requirements
- Work closely with TS recruiting team and business lines to source, select and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions for corporate functions.
- Manage the full cycle recruiting progress effectively from sourcing to onboarding including writing accurate and effective job postings, review applications and conduct interviews to obtain information regarding applicants work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, etc.
- Research on market trends and demands impacting the companys ability to attract high quality candidates
