An exciting opportunity to play a major role in building a new shared services hub in Warsaw. We’re supporting a global SaaS organisation operating in the maritime and commodities data space, now hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to shape recruitment strategy and deliver full end-to-end hiring across corporate functions.

This is a hands‑on and strategic role, ideal for someone confident driving recruitment autonomously, partnering with senior stakeholders, and scaling hiring in a fast‑paced international environment.

What you’ll do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across a range of shared services roles
• Drive sourcing, talent pipelining, and market mapping
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and challenge thinking where needed
• Support employer branding, interview structure, and process improvements
• Lead the first wave of hiring (15 roles) to establish core shared services capability
• Influence recruitment decisions using data and insights

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ full recruitment lifecycle experience
• Strong background hiring across corporate/ops/tech functions
• In‑house experience essential (agency‑only profiles not a fit)
• Fluent English (written & spoken) — required for global communication
• Proven sourcing depth and pipeline‑building capability
• Comfortable operating autonomously within a scaling environment
• Based in Warsaw or surrounding area
